Dr Emmeline Hill presents at British Thoroughbred Breeders' Association (TBA) Seminar 2010

Dr Emmeline Hill, co-founder of the new genetic-testing company Equinome, will be giving a presentation at the British Thoroughbred Breeders' Association (TBA) Seminar on Tuesday, 29th June at Tattersalls, Newmarket.

Entitled “The Speed Gene – New Genetic Technologies to Enhance Decision Making", Dr Hill’s presentation will explain the science behind the test, how to interpret the information provided by it and how to then best incorporate it into breeding and training decision making.

Other presentations including economic and statistical updates from Weatherby’s representatives Adrian Crichton and Paul Greeves, an analysis of the state of the industry presented by bloodstock economist and journalist John Lynam and an overview of the work of British Bloodstock Marketing are also included on the programme.
