04 December 2010
Dr Emmeline Hill, Chairman and co-founder of Equinome, will conduct a seminar Wednesday 08 December from 6.30-8.30pm at the Equine Research Centre in Scone Racecourse, New South Wales.
The seminar, organised in partnership with Hunter Thoroughbred Breeders' Association (HTBA), will cover the research behind the development of the Equinome Speed Gene Test, how the information provided by the test can be applied to various training and breeding operations to maximise the genetic potential of each horse, as well as the latest developments from Equinome's ongoing equine genomics research programme.
Entry to the seminar is free, and drinks and canapes will be served prior to the presentation. Please direct all enquiries to Melanie Sunderland of the HTBA (0419 557 977 or msunderland@westnet.com.au) or Sal Blenman at Cressfield Stud (6545 0338).
