Equinome to present at New York Breeders' Showcase Day

As part of the New York Thoroughbred Breeders' Annual Showcase Day on the 23rd October at Belmont Park, Donal Ryan, Managing Director of Equinome, will be giving a presentation entitled "How genetic information can be used in the breeding and training of racehorses" to the association's members.

The presentation will include an explanation of the research behind the development of the breakthrough Equinome Speed Gene Test, and how the information provided by the test can be applied within various breeding and training operations to maximise the genetic potential of an individual horse and increase returns on investment.

Also included in the Showcase Day will be the presentation of the NYTB Scholarships, plus awards to the breeders of the winners of each of the 7 Showcase Day Stakes races. Buffet luncheon will also be provided.
